Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition. All original tags must be intact and attached, and the product should not show any signs of use, washing, or damage caused by the customer.
Damaged or Defective Items
If a customer receives an item that is damaged, defective, or faulty, Dress Lane allows a return or replacement even if the issue is discovered after delivery. In such cases, customers are required to inform us as soon as possible and provide relevant details or evidence so the issue can be resolved smoothly.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund process will be initiated. Refunds are processed within 14 days after the return is approved. The refund amount will be issued according to the original payment method or as agreed with the customer.
Non-Returnable Situations
Items that are used, worn, washed, or returned without original tags will not be eligible for return or refund. Dress Lane reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the stated conditions.
